Mobile Platform Android wizard generated code for pushing notification

Hi all,

I am using wizard to implement push notification. If this function works, you would see a register ID in "Android FCM Registration ID" when you login the mobile app.

However, it's not stable. I mean sometime it works but sometime it doesn't.

My question is, how the generated code(by wizard) push this ID into mobile service?

I thought the code was in "RegisterforPush()" method in app logon launcher class, but I didn't get into the breakpoint when I debugged.

Anyone could help?

If not done, you must also configure application in CPms cockpit to use push (under Push notification feature > Android), provide Server key and Sender ID.

here you can find some details on to register FCM token in CPms.

    • Of course I have done with the Server Key and Sender ID.

I have succeed in pushing notification, but I found it sometime not work as expected, so I am asking for the code details to help to make it clear.

Looks like I can't get fcmToken by FirebaseInstanceID.getInstance().getToken(), but I am not quite sure about the reason.
