Good morning,

I have just migrated an ECC 6.07 on Oracle 18c DB.

In the alert log, there are the following messages:

QPI: opatch file present, opatch
QPI: qopiprep.bat file present

This problem is documented in Note 2530308.

But the solution provided did not solve my problem

I have preformed the following to solve it.

chmod g+w /oracle/SID/18/rdbms/log/
