SAP BI Platform Lumira Document Cannot Export to PDF, Stuck Initializing

Hi,

I am using SAP Lumira 1.31 add-on to SAP BI Platform 4.2 SP3.

When I open my Lumira Document on BI Platform, make a visualization and story, then try to export from story, the Export To PDF window pops up but nothing happens. screenshot.jpg

I tried a WebI document to export to PDF and had 0 issues.

My Export To File permissions are granted on User Security for Application SAP Lumira and on Folder/File to the User opening the document

I have Export Data disabled with Lumira Server command line option Dhilo.recordsview.maxcells=-1 lumira-server-options.txt

I can't find anything regarding this issue.
