Candidate email on application - editable?

One of our candidates entered in her email incorrectly on her application. She's able to change it on her profile but that's not transferring over to correct the email on her application. Now she's unable to receive auto emails since her email is still incorrect.

Can we as administrators edit her email address to she can receive auto populated emails? Does SAP need to do this?

Dear Vicki,

Have you enabled multi stage application ? If no , Enable multi-stage application, add a status in the pipeline (e.g. candidate pre-boarding update) and grant permission for candidates editing contact information fields such as email id, address, phone number and etc.
