RSRCACHE Cache settings Cache Active Vs Database Cache Entries

All,

I need to set the RSRCACHE Cache settings to delete the cache tables permanently but we are not sure what is the value to be set Database Cache Entries. we have almost 17M in cache tables but the Database Cache Entries showing only 166K. Please advise how to derive the limit for RSRCACHE.
