Mapping branches of client into SAP

Dear Friends,

Our client into hospital domain and is operating 21 branches in 8 states. Kindly suggest mapping this is SAP. Indian payroll.

Dear Srinivasan.

Hope you have employee group, employee subgroup , personneal area, personnel subarea all configured correctly.

Payroll areas are used in SAP HR to group together employees for whom payroll is run at the same time .

Employees from different employee subgroups can belong to the same payroll area.

For 21 branches , you can have 21 different payroll areas if it is decentralised
