How to create new data connection from WSDL in form template of SAP ByDesign

I am working in customising Form Template of SAP ByDesign using Adobe Lifecycle Designer.

I am trying to create new data connection from WSDL that I downloaded from [Application/User Management-Service Explorer] of SAP ByDesign menu, because I need data that is not prepared in current data connection.

But, I can't access to that Web service. I have no crue, even can not find logs.

Am I allowed to make new data connection from WSDL provided by SAP ByDesign and get response data in Form Template?

Is anyone already implemented these work ?
