Hi guys,

Anyone here already encountered this issue?

The error happened when user tried to access the Analysis for Office (AO) in BW DEVELOPMENT server.

Here are the other details:

1. User have the same authorization values and roles both in BW PRODUCTION and DEVELOPMENT servers.

2. User can login in AO of BW PROD. The error only happened when user will login to AO of BW DEV.

3. This only happens in the LAPTOP of the user. If I use her account in my laptop, I can login without problem both in AO of PROD and DEV.

Any help?

Hi Tammy,

DEV and PROD are both BW 7.5 SP8.

We are using AO version 2.7 and EXCEL 2016. I'm just wondering why her account is working in my computer both in DEV and PROD but using her laptop she can only access the PROD.
