Increase standard screen size

Hi Experts .

I was asked to increase the size of a standard screen.

How can I do this ,without using access key to modify screen in SE51?

Is it possible to achieve this using screen exit/enhancement

Is it possible to increase the screen size at all?

Some details:

The program is: sapmf05a ,screen: 0310 ,tcode: fb01

The functional consultant needs to add new fields to the "G/L Account items screen area /box" through screen variant but the field are not fitting due to the screen size.
