"Next level"option not available while creating planning hierarchy(MC61)in SAP S4 HANA

I need to create planning hierarchy for infotype in SAP SOP.The user requirement is to plan at any level Material Group-Material or Customer Group-Customer.As I understand that we can do this by providing dis aggregation of material group level and even customer group level while creating hierarchy.However,the "next level" button is not available in this tcode(as i saw it in other threads).Is it that it is no more available in S4 HANA,or if I am missing on some configuration.

Customer group

Customer
