CPI-DS job triggering in IBP fails

Hi all,

when scheduling a CPI-DS job (calling a webservice) in IBP the job is executed sucessfully in CPI and IBP usually.
However, sometimes it is not even scheduled/visible in CPI and the job run fails in IBP with following message.

Gateway issue:

Error text = 'SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("Client connection to https://hcids.hana.ondemand.com:443 via proxy proxy.byd.sap.corp:8080 broken. Request with 1346 bytes sent 0 seconds ago")' Code = 'SOAP:1023' Code Context: ''

Can anyone explain the issue?

Cause -This is a proxy issue in the IBP-HCI integration.

Resolution -Create an incident under component SCM-IBP-OPS-INC so that the Operations team can fix the proxy issue.

My understanding was as well there is a issue in the connection between IBP and CPI.
I'd be interested in why it does not work somtimes.

We'll try with another ticket with SAP on this issue.
