Cannot remove/delete locked sessions

Hi,

Anyone can help me delete the session on my solution? I tried deleting the user in the session administration but the list is blank. I refreshed it a million times still no user to be deleted but my solution is locked by a user. Please help. It is urgent for me to update this solution. Any help would be appreciated.
