SAP on Oracle: Only DB migration from Solaris to Linux Oracle RAC

Dear SAP Specialists,

I am working on a project that involves migrating of our Oracle database. Details as follows:

Pre-Migration:

SAP ECC 6.0 EhP 7 & Oracle Database HOST: Solaris 10.

Post Migration:

SAP ECC 7.0 EhP7 : Same old Server.

Oracle Database: RAC on Linux.

I performed following steps so far:

1) Export Source Database using SWPM

2) Prepared Oracle Instance on Target Server for RAC on Linux OS.

3) Import step on Target completed successfully.

Post Import Verification:

1) Run R3Trans -d on Target Linux OS --> Return Code 0

2) Run R3Trans -d on Application server (Old Server where application was running while sharing with Database Instance) --> Return code 12 (Invalid UserName/Password) in trans.log.

Please help me if I am missing any step in this process.
