Can change PO after GR and IR

Hi

I created a NB PO and released it.

Then I did GR and IR

And I used ME22N to change PO. I found the PO still can be changed. But I didn't do any reversion.

That is strange.

Can someone tell me how to make some configuration to let the PO can't be changed after GR or IR?
