BEX Analyser issue Excel 2013

Dear All,

Employee was working with BEx Analyzer. They have been able to use up until couple of weeks ago. They open Microsoft Excel 2013 ( 32bit ) and navigate to ADD-INS menu and open Queries. They are able to open the query, fill in the contsraints and it appears to run. Then the screen flickers and appear to quickly show results. It then shuts down excel and no file is available
