Additional tab with custom fields in Business Partner T code BP

Hi friends ,

I have an requirenment , to enhance addiditional fields in the T-code BP and later to fields to Formula Editor.

I have found using the ways BDT or EEWB.

I opted for BDT method to start with , To create the function group and the Sub screen for application etc .

Please guide Whether i need to append the ZZ fields in any standard table or stucture .

Or i shall go with ZEE table with fields . If in this ZEE table case Please let me know the process.
