I have the following issue:
In FSEPA_M4 a mandate is two times in the List with the exact same number and customer.
It seems to be an error, when changing a mandate to a newer version.
If you choose the second, it always shows the status of the mandate Version 0.
However, the mandate is to times in the system.
First of all, we dont now why this happens.
Now we could set a status 4 for the first time this occured in our system for both mandates and created a new mandate for the customer afterwards. The F110 runs correctly.
The second time it was more confusing, because a colleague changed the mandate to a mandate for single usage. Before it was "N" for multiple usage. Now we have the same mandate once as "1" and once as "n".
The status of the mandate "1" is now "5" and the mandate "n" is active in the system.
We don't have the chance to change the active one, because it refers to the status "5" when trying to change it.
My colleague created a complete new mandate for the customer, but in F110 it stil refers to the old and active mandate, which is not changeable anymore.
Could anyone help me? I see no way to solve the issue. Is there a chance to delete a mandate with status "5" from the system?
