Want to change period text for a GRR2 report from auto text to value, I go to Setting - Texts - Header, then click the text part to change, but it does not allow me to change, it only shows "Display text variable". How can I solve this? Thank you.
Hi Eli, thank you so much for your reply. It is our Z report. I happened to figure it out. This report does not allow me to change the period text after I execute it. I have to change before executing it. I went to GRR2 - select library - select the report - go to Extra - Report Texts - Headers, right clicked the text place and changed it to value. (But for all other reports, I am allowed to change period text after executing them by going to Setting - Texts - Header to change. Not sure what has caused the difference for these reports.

If you cannot change it, then either it is an SAP report, which you normally cannot modify. Or, if it is your own self-developed group, you lack authorizations. You are supposed to be able to modify these values on a self-made report.
