We use S/4hana 1809 - ewm embedded system
When I perform the A08 Transfer posting / R10 Other Movement type 311 via MIGO
to stock transfer between storage location within same plant
We got an error message:
„Delivery type DOG is not defined“
This delivery type DOG is not existing in best practise and there it is working.
Do you guys have any solution for this? Please share
Thanks
Henry
Hi Henryk,
The link between movement type and delivery type is found in ECC in the table T321, view V_T3211, customizing node Define Interface to Inventory Management and Delivery-Relevant Data / Delivery-Relevant Parameters for Reference Movement Type. I don't know if the customizing path is still the same in S/4HANA.
However, to post stock transfer from EWM to an MM storage location, I would recommend using the EWM transaction /SCWM/ADGI.

Hi Lingaiah,
thanks for your reply.
Delivery type does not exist in S/4hana (at least as of 1709) by default.
Even best practice process works without DOG.
That’s why I want to know where the reference to DOG comes from.
I already created DOG and all stuff behind up to the point where copy control does not work due to missing data.
Regards,
Henryk
