SUM fails : Current Phase: MAIN_NEWBAS/HANA_DEPLOY_UPG

We are performing an S/4HANA upgrade from 1709 to 1809 and SUM fails with the following error :

Checks after phase MAIN_NEWBAS/HANA_DEPLOY_UPG were negative!
