EWA report. Perfomance data is Missing.

Hello

In our EWA Reports for All Systems Performance Data under Hardware Utilization Data Was missing.

SAP OS Col running and Hostagent is Update, but the data is Still missing.

Please Help me in Solving this issue.

Hi,

1. Our Hardware Capacity WIKI page describes how to resolve missing performance data:

2. If you are only using the BW data source for Hardware Capacity data, it is recommended to setup CPH (configuration steps are described in Symptom 2).
