Dear all,
Need to configure followup transactions from service ticket in C4C, can you please share the config steps i am new to C4C system(its with in the C4C system only)

Hello there Rama!
According to this link, the possible activities are phone calls and tasks. And all of this happens with the use of Activity Plans and Routing Rules. The steps in business configuration to enable them are described here.
The routing rules will be the conditions that the system will be monitoring in Tickets. When they match, they will trigger an Activity Plan (AP). This AP will be responsible for adding the activities in the tickets.
