SAP Customer Checkout Creating a new BP from the CCO with a UDF

Dears SAP Experts,

Scenario: - The CCO is connecting to SAP B1 as the backend ERP.

- Creating a new BP ( Customer ) with some customization fields from the CCO only and then it will be created on SAP.

- I'm trying to add a new field to the CCO BP, The new field is "Gender", Once I create a New Customer from the CCO and choose or fill the new field in the CCO I want the new value to be saved for the new BP in the CCO and on SAP.

Problem: Once the new user is created on the CCO and synced with SAP. I check the new created customer and the new Gender field comes back with undefined result. I checked if any solution and find out that I can use the extension in the B1IF but the problem is I want the data to go from the CCO to SAP.

One of our clients request the CCO POS, and they request that all the new BP ( Customers) will be created from the CCO which is valid, But he wan't to add below additional fields for any created customer:

1- Gender

2- Remarks

Hi,

You need CCO plugins to send value of UDFs from CCO to SAP B1 and of course you need to extend the scenarios at B1if in order to integrate the values to SAP B1.
