Question regarding coyping sap demo scenario to partner private showroom

Hi. I have a question regarding the partner demo system.

Our partner would like to copy our sap private showroom environment which funds management master data and necessary data has been already deployed. (PS S4P, M4P)

I wonder if that is possible from the perspective of both legal and technical.

Please let me know the procedure and necessary information if that is possible.
