Customer receivables aging cannot show balance due with BP currency

After click the customer receivable aging, it show empty value on balance due column with BP currency.

If change local currency, it can show the balance due with local currency.

How can I solve it?

11924, 12128, 12156 are HKD.

which currency do you use in the first document (11924)?

I think this document currency is not USD.
