Can't Display Wharehouse

Hi All,

When I prepare SO , while selecting item in the period of 2018-19 wharehouse is showing default

But when I select the period of 2019-20 for test data, its not showing.

Why?? Please Help me to findout this issue.

Hi,

1. Are you using any Formatted Search/ user defined values in that field? If yes, provide us the query to check please.

2. Are using same item for testing ?

3. Does the item or user has default warehouse setup?

Your 2nd screenshot clearly shows that you do have formatted search setup(lens icon), removing that should do the trick.

Please remove the FMS first.

Keep the cursor in the warehouse field, use Alt+Shift+F2 and choose the option-Without Search in User-Defined Values and update.

Already done the same path, but its showing default warehouse, when we change the series to other location its showing default ware house only, In this financial year no issues, when we select the document series, its automatically changed. I am trying to some test data, in 2019-20 financial year, its showing blank.

Hi,

Activate the field (keep the cursor at the Whse field), and navigate to

"Tools" -> Customization Tools -> User-Defined Values setup

or use the shortcut key "Shift + Alt +F2" which will bring up the User-Defined Values setup, at that pop-wup window select the radio button "Without Search in User-Defined Values".

This setup is applied across the company irrespective of the users! Thus, removing in your user ( i guess, you are using "manager" user) will remove for all. Other users may need to re-login to SAP B1 for the changes to apply.

We have 5 branches within India, So Different series s there, when we change the series its automatically change warehouse also, but now its default only 1 warehouse. Manually we change different warehouse, So how its possible to show ware house default in different branches in new financial year, 2018-2019 working good, but 2019-20 I wll check some test, its not showing
