SAP GRC PORTAL INTEGRATION ISSUE

Hi Gurus,

I follow all steeps of the configuration guide for integration beetween GRC and SAP PORAL.

In SAP Portal exists a user call PRUEBA1 with 3 user groups:

After the user and role sync, GRC display the next information in GRACUSERCONN table:

When i try to créate an Access request, the system show the next error:
