Two ranges for a single inspection characteristic

Hello Experts,

During an incoming inspection of raw material (Steel Tube), We have an inspection characteristic to measure chemical composition.

One of the chemical here is Silicon content and the acceptable range for it is 0-0.003 OR 0.12-0.25.

It would have been easier to implement it with only one range by specifying the upper and lower specifications.

Can someone tell me how can I put in two different ranges here?
