Promote override and LCMbiar

hi,

owe have two platform one DEv on PROD, these are on different domain (no contact).

we use LCMbiar to promote unx and connexion...

but database DEV is not database PROD ..

can use overrides setting to promote LCMbiar ?

what are prerequisites?
