Uploading Owner field for an Account

Hi All,

I hope this is a small oversight on my part but when I am uploading new Accounts using Migration tool, i cannot find where (which field in the template) i can specify the Owner of the account?

So now i have uploaded a few accounts with no Owner and am looking at MDM, but again, i can't find any field thats exported that i can use for Owner of the Account..

How do i specify an Owner of an Account using the migration tool or MDM?

Hello Sandico,

When you check for the Owner of the Accounts, he/she is the Employee Responsible for that Account. Hence, this employee is available in the Migration Template in tab Direct Responsibility -> Employee ID under Responsibilities

I could not find the tab Direct Responsibility like the answer.

The answer is old, and it could acceptable with the current version of SAP C4C.

I share the way to update the owner of Account that I find.

- Method: Data Workbench(Work Center) - Import

- Individual Object: Account - Account Team

I could update the Account team with fields.
Account_ID, Employ_ID, ...
