Change Email address of Partner in Outbound delivery

Hi,

Our system is sending Outbound Delivery via IDoc to another system. Now, we noticed that in the outbound IDoc the Email address for the partner function AG isn't the right one.  After some investigation we found out that standard program is following the below logic to find out the Email ID:

1.     Pass the Outbound delivery ID along with the partner function to the VBPA table and get the address number.

2.     Pass this ADRNR to table ADR6 and get the email ID.

Now we want to change this Email ID to the proper value but unable to do so via standard SAP screen. In XD02 or BP tcode we are unable to see this Email ID.

Even in VBPA table, the particular partner has different ADRNR associated with it for different partner function.

Anybody has any idea how to change the Email ID for a partner for a particular partner function?

Dear Sarif,

One simple way is that, go to delivery, item ---> partner function---> change mail id.

Thanks a lot for the reply. But will it change the Email ID only in that delivery or permanently for that partner ID & function?

Whatever change you are doing in the delivery level, that is pertaining to only that delivery,

if you want to change permanently, you need to change in customer master level.
