Master pages tab was not displaying in Layout - SAP ADOBE FORMS

Hi Techies,

I am new to sap adobe forms.

i have installed Adobe Live Cycle Designer 10.4 in my system.

But when i opened layout Master Pages tab was missing.How to get that.For more info check the below screen shot.
