Assign Standard Xsteps to the Production Scheduling Profile Error

I m currently using ECC 6 EHP8 With HANA DB, and facing issue on transaction code of " Assign Standard X-steps to the Production Scheduling Profile" ...

In DEV 100 Client, I made configuration and assigned Standard Xsteps to the Production Scheduling Profile

I transported the Request from DEV 100 Client to DEV 200 Client, when i came into 200 DEV Client and checked there same transaction, I faced the following Error

In DEV 200, i checked Table COCR_CMX_DB_CO43, through SE11, I can see the entries (4 Entries) which i had transported from DEV 100 to DEV 200. What is the possible reason for this ERROR?
