"My Application" in Launchpad

HI All,

My Launch pad shows above icons.

I understand Webi report can be created from launch pad hence by clicking on Webi icon i will be able to create webi reports.

i tried clicking on crystal icon it opened the crystal reports designer installed on my machine.

i would like to understand what is the purpose of keeping other icons.

Hi Swapna,

You will get to see different options in My Application  like

Module

Crystal Reports

Web Intelligence

BI workspace etc..

based on the access you have been given. Ideally you should be able to see only those option that suits to your Role e.g. if you are a Webi developer then you should only see Web Intelligence.

Every option has their own significance in their space.

you can refer to below link to understand this. Ask you BO Admin to give rights to application that are intended to you.
