Need help on Enhancement / User Exit

Hi Team, I need help to implement an enhancement/user exit to Validate 'Document Date' in VA02 from a Z-Table at the time of order creation, I have also found out the program i.e. MV45AFZZ, but I am not able to find out the exact spot to write my code for implementation.
