Document Status does not change from "Open" to "Open - Printed" after Printed

Dear Experts,

One of my clients runs SAP Business One HANA version 9.1 PL10. We run the system on March 2016 and on 4th October 2016 suddenly, all document status does not change to "Open-Printed" after it was printed. These issue happened in all computers. Few computers show error "@ 17 -Help" and some not. This issue never happen before.

Is this a system bugs or are there any setting that I must change to solve this problem?
