Dear all,
In my work, sap b1 user ID used by two users, through swapping, but now i am facing a scenario..someone else is using same login-it which not allowing me to access....i want to know who is that unknown user...pls help
If this is a one time issue, try restarting the SAP server and stop-start SQL server services. It'll clear all the connections.
If you'r facing this problem every-time, then change the password for that user-id so that no else, apart from authorized user, can use it.
Regards
Shiva

Hi Jasper,
Please check Windows Task Manager > Processes on both machines. Possibly one of the two machines has SAP Business one in the list two times. Even though only one client is visible.

Johan

Dear Jasper,
You can track logged in user easily by using SQL server tools "Management Studio" for SQL Server. You need to check current activities. All users logged in will be displayed on it.
