Deletion of component in equipment task list not updating

HI Team,

i am trying to delete component in equipment task list which was created in 2014

after deleting component im saving it after some time im getting popup as Express document update terminated

i checked in SM13 no useful info and in ST22 also no short dump info .

but if i add another component for the same operation now in 2016 im able to delete that component and it is updating in PLMZ table .

im facing issue for the material which was added in 2014 only .

please check issue and reply ASAP
