Query execution timeout and size limitation of creating new dataset in SAP predictive analytics.

Hello,

I am using SAP Predictive Analytics 3.0 Desktop version and I have one year data in SQL Server 2012 of telecom industry which contain more than 200 Crores rows.  While creating dataset in expert analytics by using Query with SQL source getting the error message of query time out. The same query retrieve 1235 rows of summary data of 2 months  while running query in SQL server 2012. Please tell me the solution about the error and size limitation in SAP predictive desktop and server version for creating new dataset.
