ESS - Personal Profile - Blank screen

Hi,

SAP ERP 6.0 EHP 5

SAP Porta; 7.30.3710.182851.20120113163657

FROM R/3 SICF, I tried to test the service HRESS_A_PERSINFO.

for testing the Personal Profile from backend itself as I am facing issue in Portal.

EVEN in the ECC backend I am getting the issue that I am getting blank page.

I tried from SAP Portal --> System admin --> Support --> test run the same by provide configuration name, still the same error.
