Different exchange rates for the Different customers

Hi experts,

I would like to use the different exchange rates for the different customers in different countries in Customer Invoice.

for eg.

local customer => USD to SGD => rate 0.1

foreign customer => USD to SGD => rate 0.099

Is it possible to configure in sap byd? If so, please kindly guide me.
