HANA Express binary, Web IDE: 'permission denied'

Hi all,

Having read and and trying to check the advice in there I'm not sure these are applicable to HXE implementations done from scratch. It looks like the standard XSA packages do not install XSA_DEV, only XSA_ADMIN. This user is valid, I have verified this by using hdbsql.

Still, I am getting "Permission denied" on the Web IDE login.

Can anyone tell me what profile XSA_DEV is using?
