SAP Browser Access Error - Blue empty screen

Hello,

SB1 9.2 PL03 new installation over MS WIN SRV 2012 R2.

New server, no other services on the server AT ALL.

Tried to run the browser access after installation, logon was successful but afterwards I'm getting blue screen which isn't loading anything (though the red "flower" appeared for a couple of seconds)

Screenshot attached.

Any suggestions for anyone for the cause?

1. Tried restart Gatekeeper + SLD.

2. the access is internally from the SB1 server itself (and will be only this kind of access forever)

Thanks,

Or.

Hi Ben,

Have you try to this "https://localhost:30010/dispatcher.

Then tick the ADVANCED,

followed by the Proceed to    (unsafe).

This will direct you to the login site of SAP B1.

Thanks.

Hello Airene,

Thanks for the detailed explanation.

Unfortunately, as I wrote in the original post, I've reached the login screen and login was successful, but afterwards I'm getting the screen as inside the screenshot.

Thanks.

Hi Or,

May i asked if you already installed SAP Gatekeeper? If yes you can have tick the link in the SLD (Services tab).

Thanks.

Hello Enn,

Thanks, but I've already tried to reinstall the Web Browser from the SBO installation files.

Also, I'm already trying with Chrome.

Didn't get your second line "Click Advance-->click proceed to IP--> OK" - what tool\environment did you mean?

Thanks,

Or.

Can you attach screenshot?

Really don't understand what you're trying to ask, don't know any "advance" button inside chrome.

Also enable Active X setting in your Internet Explorer. I know it is a little bit strange but I think most of the Windows Server reads Internet Explorer settings first (may be).

Thanks for the comment.

localhost, as well as the computer name itself, is inside trusted sites on IE, with settings on the trusted to enable everything, including ActiveX.

Tried on Chrome + FireFox (+IE, which isn't supported)

Any ideas?

Thanks.
