Payroll Australia - Employee Deductions

Hi We have casual employees, who have deductions such as union, social club etc. When these employees do not work, these deduction still come out and cause a claim. SAP will take the claim amount from next available pay that they work. The business would like the deduction to cease all together. Any assistance on this would be appreciated. Cheers Chris
