Report Expansion

I am trying to build a report like this :

Entity1

Aug 2016 Q4.2016

YTD Periodic Variance

Account (Row)

I am getting it as (depending on the order in column axis)

Entity1

Aug Q4.2016

YTD Periodic YTD Periodic

Or

Entity1

YTD Periodic

Aug Q4.2016 Aug Q4.2016

How can I get my top requirement, that too in one report (I know I can create a second shared report and get it but it wont help in my case because I want to provide for expansion of entity by double clicking it and looking at the three columns for each expanded entity.

Would greatly appreciate your thoughts. We are on 10.0 SP25.
