how to less prompt value for a variable.

Hi,

     I have a bex query on multiprovider, where there is a prompt zstatus. I don't want all values for zstatus displayed in prompt list. such as for zstatus, there are 4 values a;b;c;d, but I only want see a;b for this variable created on zstatus, when prompt window display.

Hi,

you can choose zstatus as authorization relevant and create authorization analysis (here just choose only  a &b values) and role, then create an authorization variable on zstatus and restrict it query, lastly add the role to user profile
