Purchase Order App - Purchasing Group & Plant

Hi

We have installed and configured S4 HANA with all the FIORI apps enabled. We have a problem with PO creation native app. All the fields are getting filled except the "purchasing group" in header and plant in item. F4 helps comes out empty. I tried debugging the component and leads me no where. Please help.

We have created POs in back end GUI and also with fiori advanced PO creation app without any issue.

Please try doing F12 in chrome browser and you may get the process that how the browser is loading.. and also check whether the Odata services is activated and included in the roles.

Thanks Harish. The Odata service is activated and roles are assigned good. I get all the data except the plant and purchasing group and this makes the trouble shooting difficult. If we select an info record in the previous screen, it populates those fields fine and was able to save without any issue. It is just when we try to create from scratch. In the debug of the corresponding object, the value is not coming up. Continuing to debug. Any suggestion would be helpful.
