Qualitative MIC Code

Hi Folks,

Need your help, is there any standard report available in SAP to download Qualitative MIC short text for code?

Note: in standard report i am getting only code but not short text for codes. please refer attached screenshot.

Can't you use QS49 (group codes) or QS59 (selected sets)?

These are standard SAP transactions in the standard SAP menus.

as per your comments, we can able to see the short text, but recorded results defect against particular insp.lot, short text for Code is missing in QGA4 t-code.

HI Saravanan,

I am not sure about a standard report on this. But, you can make a query report / Custom Report to get these details.

Use table QPCT to get the text in the report.

Business does not want any custom report right now, in standard QGA4 we are getting only code but not short text for code for Result Recorded Insp. lots.

Actually after RR business wants to execute this report and check how many defects has been found and which category,  they wants to generate defect report to take decision.
