Flag Email's in Agent Inbox and set High Priority for out going emails


We have two requirements.

1) Flag or Code email's e-mails for follow up : Interaction center agents wants to Flag email with Color's for further follow-up's or set their own individual priorities. (Like flag's in Microsoft Outlook).

2) Set High Priority for out going email's : Can we set "High Priority" to an outgoing email ? (Like we do in Microsoft outlook)

Please help me to resolve above.

    Hello Kumar,

    Have you implemented the functions? Not sure which way you use.

    But in case the functions are still required, here might be something helpful:

    Enhancement is supposed to be involved for these functions:

    -- we can enhance the result view(eg: ICCMP_INBOX/InboxResultView), create custom fields in the context node to mark 'follow-up', 'priority', add event method to trigger the process of marking the 'follow-up', 'priority' etc.

    -- if colors are necessary, Javascript codes is also needed.

    For sending an outgoing email, for the IC Email(which uses component CRMCMP_CCS_EML and view MailBody, for the email itself, so far there is no priority like in the outlook. The priority is set in the interaction record linked to this email instead.
