My Inbox - Approve PO/PR not working

Hi Experts,

I have activated the My Inbox All items app and its working fine for me. But as per client requirement i need specific tiles i.e. Approve PO and Approve PR separately.

For Approve PO/PR apps i had Enabled the task filter, had also defined the workflow scenarios in the gateway.

Also done the tile definition one for each PO and PR,

but still the workitems are not getting filtered.

Can someone help me out to figure what i am missing here.

Also in the App when the workitems are displayed is there a way to change the title in the Detail page.

Please help me find the issue.
